The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Palladium Energies, its employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of the services provided by Palladium Energies.

8. Governing Law
